Innovations - Longitudinal objects

The main longitudinal object is presented through a timeline. The Innovation is not in the longitudinal object, but in the use and exploitation of timelines to extract knowledge of the system.
Every timeline is associated with an object, presenting the facts about that object, i.e. in the above sense it shows the events stored about the object in the system.
The tool provides a system of timelines which are interrelated through the relationships between objects.
The facts, presented through a line, can be filtered through general search conditions.
At the same time, conditions can be set to filter a set of timelines.
The timeline system set up in this manner acts as a language of access to longitudinal information based on events that have occurred, while facilitating longitudinal knowledge generation.
For pure longitudinal analysis another types of longitudinal object is used consisting of a graph showing longitudinal data, i.e., it shows the evolution of an explicit or derived data existing in the database.
The innovation does not lie in the object itself, because it is a common object, but in how it is managed and integrated with timelines. A special type of longitudinal data is what is usually known by an indicator.
The set of longitudinal data, including indicators, is set up in a system considering relationships between them, thus we can make comparisons as a useful tool for conducting longitudinal analysis.
