The Project has three distinct objectives which consist of the development of:
a tool for the Collaborative Management of Biobanks within the scope of Web 2.0
a Governance Model of the ICTs in response to the alignment of the Biobank Governance with the Information and Communication Technologies
a project Web.
The main goal is the development of a general tool for the management of biobanks, whatever the nature of the biological samples, in such a way that the management is headed by a process map determined in the Governance Model and the information is stored under the form and structure of a Longitudinal Database.
The Project website is aimed at disseminating knowledge, outreach to potential user groups and, with private access, control and monitoring of the project itself.
