Principles and Ideas - Persistence

The information generated in a biobank must be stored as a piece of evidence. Therefore, storing of information should be made in the manner of fact storing.
The registration of information must be an inseparable element from the biobank.
The registration of information must be kept at least for the entire lifetime of the biobank.
No information record can be removed, unless is permitted by the governance model. In any case the removal must remain as evidence in the system.
No information record can be modified, unless is permitted by the governance model. In any case the modification must remain as evidence in the system.
The system must recognize the different protocols of a process. All protocols that have acted in the system must remain in it by means of the facts that they (the protocols) have generated.
The system must recognize the current protocol of each process.
